Saddles and bridles taking on the colour of the horses

Recommended Posts

After today's patch, the saddle and bridle colours seem to be influenced by the colour of the horse.

Is this intentional? - if so, how will it affect dyes?

Each saddle and bridle on every horse below is natural - not dyed - but notice the gold hue of the nearest gear:

while granted these aren't every single available horse color, I think it's safe to say the saddles aren't taking on horse colors:

you might want to examine the one on the gold horse to make sure it wasn't dyed sometime in the past tho.

Bridle 50.08ql:

[23:14:37] These thin leather reins, headstall and metal bit should be put on the head of a creature to direct it. The bridle needs some holes punched with an awl.

[23:14:37] You can barely make out the signature of its maker,  'K.su.i'.

Saddle 41.05ql:

[23:15:25] A leather saddle complete with a girth and stirrups. It could be improved with a leather.

I did not get the saddle and bridle at the same place, but they are both tinged gold when on the gold horse - no sign of dye.

Have you got a gold horse@Lisabet:)
