This is a legacy item from before deed stakes were added, and pays the first 10s of a new deed. This can't be mailed, unfortunately. I'm located in SW Xanadu, and can sail to a reasonable distance. PM or reply here if interested to schedule a swap, I'm not often ingame. If you can summon soul, my alt can bring it to you as well.
