Links don't count for spend favor goal

Neither the caster nor the linked account get progress towards their "spend x favor" journal goals, seems like at least one of them should.

 

Looking at my logs for the last month i've spend around 400k favor via grinding with links, and almost 0 progress on goals on any of the accounts in question, only progress they've made is from casting by themselves

Also vesseling doesn't credit the favor you use to fill the gem, only the 5 favor to cast vessel counts.  Kinda silly.
