shift-drag doesn't work when dragging from any container to container model

1) Player can drag and drop stuff into containers by releasing mouse key on top of 3d model of container

2) Player can shift-drag to select number of items

But, if player shift-drags from any inventory or container onto 3d model of container, it doesn't ask for number of items and just drops max.

 

Inconsistent.
