Posted May 15, 2019 Hey, So I'm interested to see if anyone was lucky enough to land an affinity in non-action-based skill, for example, in Longswords, or in HFC. Current system seems to be somewhat non-optimised for those skills. (as well as for getting affinity in meditation, which I think are thousands of times closer to 0 then for most other skills)
Posted May 15, 2019 I have gotten affinities in several non-action-based skills. The ones I remember are HFC, baking, aggressive fighting, defensive fighting and shields.

Posted May 16, 2019 Yep, I've gotten a lms, 4 aggressive, 4 normal, 1 defensive, 1 fighting, and quite a few body related ones post update. 100 lms grinding is a good way to get them apparently.
Posted May 16, 2019 Combat from what I recall a dev telling me is actually the best chances of getting affinities due to how it works. It's a constant check every single time you swing, parry, block, get a stance check, etc or something like that
Posted May 16, 2019 Not too sure on how you can label all these skills that require action as "non-action skills". =Ayes=
