[found, close] WTB completed deed [Indy/Deliverance]

I'm looking for a small completed deed on either Independence or Deliverance. I've never really been a fan of building deeds, I'd much rather move in when it's done - so here's what I'm hoping to get. 

 

Must have: 

Ocean access

Mine

2-3 buildings

Upkeep 1-1.5 silver/month 

 

Nice to have: 

Farm area

Animal pens

Altars

A view

Can be closed, found what I wanted
