Client Not Authenticated

Just started today, had to restart the server twice to resolve the issues. I'm not sure what is causing the issue:

Which seems rather barren for the random things that end up getting logged throughout a span of 35 minutes. At first I just thought it was Steam because Steam has had a rough day, but players inform me they are able to connect to other servers fine. At the same time, I can ping the server and get back responses around 60ms, so I don't know if it's the server, the game, or steam.
