Posted February 2, 2019 I just spent most of my play session above-ground, then went into the underground part of my deed, and some lights were far brighter than they usually are. In this example, the gold hanging lamps on each side are of approximately equal QL, but one is far brighter than the other. The lamp on the right-hand side of the image looks more typical in terms of light output. Note that the lamp in the background is exhibiting a similar problem. Snuffing the left-hand lamp only reduces the brightness but does not eliminate it, so I suspect the client is duplicating the light effect somehow.
Posted February 2, 2019 Ost, might that have to do with this problem: https://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/167978-24-hour-lighting-option-for-deed-owners/&do=findComment&comment=1713478 Samool states that HDR rendering will change that and fix the issues of overlapping and competing light from various light sources. Posted February 3, 2019 That seems to be more a change to how multiple light sources are processed in general... in this case it's an issue of there being more light sources than there should be in the first place. We'll see what the devs have to say about it, though.
Posted February 7, 2019 That does look like multiple light sources in one place. Can you repro it?
