PC Rare Summerhat 99ql (no-drop)

Just doing a price check/offers on my 99ql 17.32dmg Rare Summerhat. It is a no-drop. So you keep it upon death no matter what. This is also one of maybe like 2-5 still around. It is the strength of a regular helm (maybe a little more since its rare) also has a 10% dmg reduction rune with 85 web armor on it. It is colored purple as well.

 

Also only way to fix/repair is to mend once it hits every 20 DMG.

 

99QL 17.32 DMG
