WL rite spells not available on Serenity

I just checked my WL priests (Vyn/Fo/Mag/Sme), and none of the WL Rites show up in their spell lists (and all priests are 100 faith).

 

The only Rite I see is Land of the Dead on Paaweelr and Tosiek.

 

I'm on Serenity; don't know if the problem is local here, or more widespread.

They will only show up when available.  Land of the dead is also not a rite

Oh, before the big priest update, while doing my sermon grinds, I remember that the gods "were brimming with power" on Serenity. Anyone know if that was reset?
