Is there any way to remove that? You need to put lead into small pottery amphoras, then activate apple juice and right click the amphora to use Alchemy to turn it into Transmutation liquid. Bless the Transmutation liquid to make it active. Activate the blessed Transmutation liquid, right click on the tar tile and Use. Repeat over and over again on the same tar tile until it completes the transformation from tar to dirt. It's time consuming but you can do it yourself, so that's good!
