Yes, I have had no trouble changing the prices.  I was just wondering if it required a patch to make the changes, since some mods don't.  I patched just in case.

by patch do you mean reboot the server? if you do then yes, I do sometimes add a reload action to my mods but it seems I didn't on that 1.

Not reboot, but run patcher.bat to patch any changes into the server

patcher.bat is only needed after the developers patch the game, since they do that like once a year or something stupid yeah you don't need to use that often.

One of the major modders told me I need to use it every time I make any changes, except for mods that specifically don't require it.

patcher.bat only patches the wurmserverlauncher and only needs to be ran after a patch released by WU or modloader has been updated, not by mods themselves, basically just tells the server to read for mods and has no bearing on whether a mod should or should not work unless the modloader has been updated recently or a WU patch

Added Creatures DB to first post, basically if you manually delete creatures from the database you are doing it wrong, each creature is listed in several places throughout the database, this mod will look for creatures removed incorrectly and try to remove all occurrences of that creature. Nothing to change in the properties file, it just does it's thing on server startup.

this is really awesome! I never manually delete animals from the DB yet, but if I did, I would totally us this. Many thank you’s!

well i decided to poke this beta version and see what survived of my mods, well good news is all of them seemed to boot up and be working fine on initial testing.

I went looking for the post they did about the beta but I couldn't actually find it,  *shrug*

rebooted server after, started up just fine, changed char to mayor of different deeds over and over. I can't make it crash.

i cleared out my discord server list a little back and since discord won't let anyone whisper me who doesn't have mutual server or on friends list (ugh) I sent ya friends request.

Bounty Mod - Downloaded, installed and patched both the Bounty Mod and Friya's Loot Table mod. Restarted server and killed a mob. The server more or less stopped for a min or so while my logs showed:

 

[08:25:33 AM] INFO com.friya.wurmonline.server.loot.LootSystem: Importing: 1417, // 'statue of lava fiend' for I would assume everything in the table

Once the lag cleared and the mob was dead I got no bounty.

 

I killed another no lag but still no bounty and my server log is repeating:

 

[08:45:17 AM] WARNING org.fourthline.cling.protocol.RetrieveRemoteDescriptors: Device descriptor retrieval failed: http://192.168.0.1/HNAP1, 400 Bad Request

 

Any idea what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help!

looks like a mod conflict, the org.fourthline.cling.protocol.RetrieveRemoteDescriptors is from some other mod, forthline? never heard of them.

The loot table mod itself on the very first start up after adding mod needs to populate a table and it can take a few minutes (which causes lag) but it only needs to do it once.
