Very complex meals don't give any affinity at all

Recommended Posts

So I made a meal with 46 ingredients like this

DbInxPH.png

[18:03:50] The ingredients in the pottery bowl would make a breakfast when cooked.

[18:03:50] Current difficulty:245.

I've made slightly less complex meals before that have 29 hours affinity, so I expected a 30 hour + affinity.

Eating it gives no affinity at all and no CCFP either even though the message says I'd get a shovel affinity.

[18:04:09] You suddenly realise that you have more of an insight about shovel!

Did you use multiples of same ingredient?

No multiples used of any ingredient as you can see in the screenshot.

My pizza may have had one or two duplicate ingredients, but with 7-8 veggies my pizzas traditionally give 1.5-2 hours for the first bite.

Okay, this has been fixed.  Eating this one gave me a 1 hour and 12 minute timer.

If you go over a certain amount of ingredients (total ingredients through all steps), or complexity in a meal, you will actually get a negative affinity timer, I believe it was 127 * 127 before it rolls over.
