Strange pile found on water

basically if you cast a line and you move when the fish is nibbling on your bait you get that images to follow : 

 

 Event log  : 
[20:15:11] You stand still and get ready to cast.
[20:15:12] You cast the line and start fishing.
[20:15:49] You feel something nibble on the line.
[20:15:50] You must not move while doing that.
[20:15:50] You stop fishing.
