Posted November 24, 2018 I feel like these amazing beasts die too quickly in this game even when cared for, I would prefer to have my pet chickens last a lot longer. Please consider it. Thank you.
Posted November 24, 2018 I'd prefer just an increased chance of a chick being hatched from an egg, never had a chicken hatch for the last 4 years, seems as though they reduced the chance drastically somewhere along the way.......

Posted November 24, 2018 I also have a venerable fat hen cared for now since about 3 RL years.
Posted November 25, 2018 Cared-for hens shouldn't be dying, but they may starve more easily than other creatures, since I believe laying eggs makes them hungry, so they're bad at accumulating fat/staying full.
Posted November 26, 2018 Not to hen peck on this issue but I think Ostentatio has hit upon the grain of truth. Any *cared for* animal can still die from starvation and hens are notorious for this if not fed properly on some schedule. Yeah, grains will do too... =Ayes=
