2392 [Fixed]Hell Horse Foals Not Aging Faster on Chaos

Hello, I believe hell horse foals do not age as fast as horse foals do on Chaos.  (I'm going to assume Unicorns are the same, but not tested. Maybe someone knows?)

 

Is this an oversight, or intentional? I think it's an oversight, but feel free to correct if I'm wrong.

It better be an over sight because complaints about fouls coming in and even using the faster way was made about entry to pvp after a big fight.

For pvp yes its a big thing, and adding HH foals slowed down pvp already cos they take too long to grow up. Pls fix
