Posted November 14, 2018 (edited) But it doesn't even require Magranon domain. It also works when no domain is present. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but that's how it currently works. Honestly, the requirement just isn't great for gameplay. It's better now that altars can be pushed and god domains are more reasonable to work with, but it's still a pain. Pro tip/workaround: Have a Magranon alt (free to play works fine) finish a Magranon altar close to the tile. Improve as necessary (proximity will help out a lot here) After erupting, push the altar right onto the lava, destroying it in a delicious fit of irony.
