Unable to login into my character

Hello 

 

 

I am unable to login into my character anymore ( enaifos ) on the server Xanadu. The issue started on the 5 - 6th of November.

If i login on my alt i can see my character online. Can this kindly be fixed.

Best advice is to log into your alt and submit a /support ticket, as GMs are usually ingame and not monitoring the forums. You'll get much faster response.

 

They should be able to kick your 'stuck" character out of game which may let you log into it. If not, they should be able to determine what is glitching your character and fix it.

Yeah, I wonder same as Gawain, this guy is old villager of MBS.
