[No Bug] Cannot Load Unlocked Large Magic Chests on Chaos/Epic

When trying to load up an "enemy" (not my own) Large Magic Chest, that is unlocked, off-deed, I get this message:

 

[16:13:14] You are not the owner of the large magical chest.

 

I believe it's an unintended and/or overlooked feature/bug.

Doesn't sound like a bug to me.  Whether or not it should be loadable by enemy players is debatable.

you could always push it back to your deed, no bug here

So other unlocked items that can be loaded are bugged? or was this this feature of only large magical chests can't be intended. I think not. 

 

The whole, "it was like this for a while, so it's a feature not a bug" been getting stomped on for a while now. It's chaos, unlocked, sounds preventable to me, should be able to load, sounds bugged. 

 

I could understand if a deed would prevent you from being able to, but this is off deed.

It is really the same thing since you could just push it off deed.  I wager that a large magic chest is special because it is a no-take trader item with a fixed price

I've always been told it was intended in the past, not a bug as far as I know.
