Posted August 29, 2018 Anyone else crippled by lag tonight?? ONly to log out / restart computer/ and then cant get the client to fully load back up again? I hope I'm not the only one - cant play tonight cuz the game freezes and wont load fully Even having big delays - trouble getting my browser to load this forum?? Whats going on? Posted August 29, 2018 Same here for the past 2 hours. I ran scans, cleared Java, cleared cache. Still seeing water. When I manage to get it loaded, I can't move, the right click menu takes forever to load, and I'm just standing in one spot. Also finding the forums loading very slow, if at all, tonight. Posted November 14, 2018 having problem logging into server again, getting just water no landscape. this has been happening from time to time in recent month and only wurm. no other website. did trace route here is findings, appears a hetzner problem not sure what you can or can't control here. I've deleted ip info on top hops for privacy yet show once past comcast. you can see the timing out at hetzner. Posted December 12, 2018 another trace route done and connection is dropping off at hetzner. This is happening more and more over the past few months and i post about it. I do realize it's your provider yet as it ultimately affects your game and revenue stream when a player can't log in, when can you ask something more of your provider to fix it? Just as some of the prior posters had noted, the game got progressively more lag until it forced me to reload, as bad pop-in and failure to display items were prevalent. Upon attempting to re-log there is nothing but blue water everywhere. Even chat fails to load. Tracert shows Hetzner is the issue.
