Posted August 20, 2018 I was mining in a tunnel, using a rare and imbued (95) pickaxe. The rock tile is "normal" QL. My rocks were clearly capping at 43.00 QL. Dropped the entire tile (50 actions) didn't get a single rock shard above 43 QL (I have 84 mining). Even if the pickaxe was not imbued, the rock shards should still get a 1.5 QL boost, even on failures (1.00 QL shards). Therefore, both the mining potion imbue AND the rarity of the pickaxe are not being factored when the game produces the shards. Tested and confirmed on a 43 QL sandstone vein as well. Posted August 20, 2018 Just checked myself, (rare imbued 98) and it seems to be fine: [13:53:09] It has a max quality of 65. Turned out 79.5ql sandstone vein of 54 produced 66.50 I'd double check the pickaxe, and if possible get the exact ql measurement of the tile if you have issues again In the meantime I'll mark this as no bug, but update it if you get more information
