The perimeter is 5 and it has 0 guards hired. The settlement has 3 silver, 44 copper and 70 iron in its coffers. The monthly cost is 1 silver and 50 copper. The upkeep will last approximately 64 days, 8 hours and 15 minutes more. It consist of 8 buildings (Kitchen,Main house,Workshop,Parking,Shipyard,Sermon area,Storages) 22 animal pens (leaving some 5speed horses), around 400 farm tiles, 99 runed mailbox.
