getting stuck on bridge / door to a house

i have just build a house for one of my alliance mates on my deed but most of the time i try to drive over the bridge and enter the house witch is normal i think i get stuck right at the end of the bridge when u try to enter the house and sometimes i cant move the cart or wagon anywhere and have to jump of and then a pretty much fall of the bridge hit the ground and take damage i have now try it quite a few times and it keep doin it i even had Idunn out looking at it and did mamage to recreat the bug more then 1 time hope this info is enough if not let me know and ill try to explain my self better or if one need a screen of what is going on i am try do it again and post the screen here thanks in advance ?

Is this bridge connecting to the ground floor of the house, and if so did you build a floor on the first level? If this is the case, remove the floor section in front of the bridge, and just go with a paved floor instead.
