Ago's Mod Launcher on Dedicated Host

Ago's mod launcher requires the .bat files be run, but you can't do that if you're using a dedicated host (I use Blue Fang Solutions). So to install mods on a dedicated host, what is the process or workaround?

You might need to contact Blue Fang, in case no other user shows up here familiar with that specific host
