How do these things work? Is this something you attach to the creature cage?

certain runes are like spells.... you just use the rune on an animal and it will regress 18 months..... i imagine what retro was talking about was that sometimes borders screw with tge ages of things, so use electrum before crossing to keep things young (better safe than sorry)
