Is star gem only personal goal that doesn't carry over?

Just curious if that is the only goal that has not carried over (like repairing walls, and going stealth etc )

It wasnt a rerolled goal, simply the trigger for the exquisite gem was changed, so it won't carry over. 

 

i.e. Goal A did not become goal B, goal A was changed to require a different item to trigger

Will you make it carry over?  I mined a star gem when I was trying to get a 99ql gem for the original requirement.   Since I have had the goal all along it only makes sense to get credit for achieving it regardless of when it happened.
