Invisible Wall/Floating - Embarking on carts/Wagons after crossing server

Please move this if this is already known. I've encountered a bug twice after crossing servers where hitching a horse (that did not cross a server) to a cart or embarking on a cart will cause me to be unable to ride, or drive a hitched cart or wagon past what seems like an invisible barrier. I have only been able to reproduce this once, but both occurrences have been since the last patch. /lotime + Logout fixes the issue. Note: Still able to drag the cart, walk, lead the horse as normal, only driving the cart/wagon or riding the horse creates the invisible barrier. Occasionally while hitting this invisible barrier, the cart and horse will begin to drift to the right or left and the only way to stop the drift is to press backwards or to disembark. 4.0.43 Stable Client, Win10, Nvidia GTX970, 4.0 GHZ i7-4790k 16GB RAM
