Posted June 15, 2018 I thought this was something that was addressed about a year ago, but stopped using personal lanterns around a year ago too. I had a rare lantern in my magic chest for over a year that I never used. Since being able to put things on tables I put my rare lantern on display (not lit) and taking decay ticks every day on the table (actually a book shelf). I try to repair things on tables every day and so far the rare lantern is the only thing I've had to repair constantly. Maybe I'm just misinformed and this is supposed to be this way.
