As title says:

 

[21:19:03] A blue colored wooden stick with a bunch of green leaves in a fan shape on one end. Symbols indicate that if you plant it at sea, an island will emerge! Ql: 83.0, Dam: 0.0.

 

This object is very rare and obtainable only from the winning of the game.

1-2 gold, not exactly common item but it makes a island with rock, which is pretty damn nice.

is the rock suitably high enough to create a mine? Or is this water surface level only?

creates lava, and that makes rock grow over time, it also makes land

Yes you can make mines on the island. The rock layer is brought quite high up.

 

Edit: davy its misleading say its very rare. They are usually not desired from goal rewards.

I posted some pictures showing off the wands used on elevation in the last auction if anyone wants an idea of what it makes.  The rock layer is about where the lava is, and they can be used on freedom far from other deeds/the border.

For those interested but don't know what you can do with these here is a couple pictures I took of the wand we used on elevation to give you an idea of the scale of it if it has not changed since we used it about a year ago.

It's harder to get this object random, so I wrote very rare. I'm not saying very rare as valuable

Curious does the lava keep going building up the height over time, or does it peter out after a certain period?

 

Out of all the rewards for winning, I personally think this one is the most fun.
