Checking if this building will work

I've pasted the deedplanner pastebin but I'm checking this is able to be built with high end skills.
My main concern is the bridge

I've been told this will work but it will require 99 carpentry to plan
(I've told the pastebin doesn't work at first but then works)

if I see it right, you will need 102 carpentry ( 8x9 - 4 + 8 + 8 + 9 + 9 ), what is above any player skill limit

perhaps 3 tiles bigger hole for bridge would help, or anohter bridge hole on other side?

Do not forget you will need high masonry for walls and paving for floors too

- 64 squares + number of outside walls (8+8+4+1+4+3+1+4+1+2)

- so 64+ 36 = 100 carpentry

 

You should search for player who has 100 carpentry and ask him nicely to help you plan this building.

It's currently not possible to plan a building requiring 100+ carpentry, because skill level never actually, technically, reaches 100.

 

Even if you have 100 displayed in-client with the 100 skill title, you'd still only be able to go up to a 99-requirement building.
