Make tables conatiners, Items inside displayed on top

Would be nice if tables actually had a purpose. My suggestion is that they become a storage container for 1-4 items, said items would be displayed on top of the table.

Warlander has supposedly been working on this for quite a while. No idea about current progress; maybe it's on-hold due to the UI changes. I have no idea. It's planned, though.

+1 What a brilliant idea- however, would like to be able to place probably more than 4 items on a large rectangular marble table.
