Karma, and picking up other players' stuff

Since the 1.6 update, we no longer have Karma as one of the menu items when we right click the lower right body symbol in the character menu. It's every player on the server. Is there some new way to find out how much Karma we currently have?

 

Also, players in my starter village no longer can pick up anything that another player places in bins or on the ground, though they were able to do it prior to 1.6.  

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

We figured out the Karma. It was just that none of us had any to see!  Lol

 

But we're still not understanding why we can't pick up mats that are supposed to be for all. Only the player who made the nails can take them out of a BSB, for example. It wasn't this way on our last server, though the only setting difference is that we removed Epic here.

nm, all of a sudden after 6 hours we're able to take things out of the BSBs.  Problem solved itself.
