[Bug] Preview Client: Bindings do not take locale into account

This caused me some confusion at first.

I use xmodmap to change the button numbers on my mouse, when I went to press them in wurm, they, however, did nothing.

I later noticed that the bindings for Y and Z are swapped and it dawned on me what was happening: I use a German keyboard layout, where Y and Z and swapped compared to many other layouts. I believe wurm does not take those into account where bindings are concerned.

In chat, they behaved as normal.
