[No Bug] Dispelled Metallic Liquid Imbuement

I was trying to remove a low cast of botd on this file I just bought and it removed the imbuement, why would It remove this? What's the point?

I first casted dispell and I got this message

It also took the rune off, but I understand that's normal.
 

 

This wasn't listed in the wiki but tbh it makes zero sense, it shouldn't be removable.

It removes from top to bottom when dispelling. You can dispel everything on a tool, even imbues.
