Smal Anvil changes name to maker of Large

I believe this is more of an aesthetic problem; however, 

 

We made several small anvils and each time the maker changed to someone we did not even recognize.  After several trials, we found that if you hold in your inventory at ANY time a large anvil made by someone other than yourself, and make small anvils in the crafting window all anvils will take the name of the maker of the Large anvil.  

 

This was repeated 4 times consecutively.  If you try to switch to a different large anvil these do not change back.  It is only when you have them all in the inventory when you are making them and improving them.  

 

tried this tested this to repeat it and it worked every time.. 

the only way to ensure the name on the small anvil is yours is if you make the large anvil at this point.

 

So far it is unclear if any other items are effected at this time.
