Java.Trojan.GenericGB.20072 detected in client.jar False positive?

Java.Trojan.GenericGB.20072 was detected in my client.jar file. Is this a known 'False Positive', or could it actually be infected? I tried cleaning the file after backing it up, and the antivirus program just deleted it outright.

I managed to clean the file and it came back 1 kb smaller than the previous file.

 

And now it no longer works. Boots fine, goes to connect and just vanishes.
