items decaying too fast in large crates when moved from deed

i have double or triple times checked:

 

when i have large crates filled with items on deed for very long time, and then move them outside of deed, the amount of items in crates should loose 5% of amount after some time, but it loose stacked for months amount almost immediately.

 

for example: crated with 300 dirt (3 months on deed) moved outside deed will in  few moments loose 45 dirt, so it loose 15%.(stacked from 3 monts.... so it looks like deed not protect from decaying in that case.

 

 

edit:   reloading from one crate to another or take some to inventory and put back to crate before moving outside deed helps (better than nothing as a temporary solution)
