Posted July 12, 2020 Update released on 2020-07-12 19:59 GMT (UTC) (or July 12th, 2020) This weeks updates: Updated: Great South Mountain Road.... .... the section of GSMR that was cut off and ripped up back in 2016 by the owner of Soylent Green, between West Coast Hwy Junction and the Colossus's up at Nightmare village has been restored. It has been reconnected with stone paving, Cats Eyes have been installed, and two additional Guard Twrs were added. So There is now continuous shoulder to shoulder Guard Twr coverage from West Coast Hwy junction to 60 tiles south of Nightmare. Updated: Cats Eyes Highways rerouted to the NW of Inner Sea Sanctuary . Thanks to Maiya for the update. Updated: After a wait of over a year, a Cats Eyes bypass was finally run around the south side of a deed in the middle of Great Northern Way, finally connecting the two part all the way from Xanadu Village to Castle Gondolo in the east. Updated: Updated CE Hwys on the north side of Albia Fjord on the east side of Samling Fjord, showing the new CE hwy through and Off Map Village. Linked: East Samling Hwy between Albia Fjord and Xanadu, finally to two parts were joined when the owner of an Off Map deed gave his consent to allowing Cats Eyes through his village. Finally added Deeds that are on the Albia Roads Map, which also have "Find by Routing" enabled and removed Deeds that are no longer on the Albia Roads Map of Indy. So you can now use the CE Hwy network to find over 100 deeds, and enjoy "routed directions" from the West end of Samling Fjord in the NW of Indy all the way through to Flint on south end of Elysian Bay, some 7,500 plus tiles away on the south coast of Indy. Posted July 13, 2020 (edited) Hi, is there any reason why Platinum Highway (SE Ind, R20 and adjacent map tiles) is still not on the map? Were there any problems? Or is that area scheduled to be surveyed on some other time? Edited July 13, 2020 by Platyna

Thank you and keep the good work. 23 hours ago, HughMongus said: Gud'morning Platyna, Sunday, July 12th, 2020 at 16:58 GMT Sorry for the delay. Been a very busy week with the fall of Soylent Green, our alliance under took a "push" to restore a diverted section of Great South Mountain Road. This included repaving, some terraforming, adding Cats Eyess... .... and finally three 70+ QL Guard Tower from the junction with the West Coast Hwy up the ramp road up to the Colossus's at Nightmare. If you could please give us Albia Map coordinates in X-y format of where you are doing your highway work, it would help our survey team to find where to start . So some Albia Map coordinates are needed please to find where to start. For some reason it has escaped him-her that.... 1... he-she has not provided X-Y coords or an annotated screen cap like most other highway Add applications (examples are in earlier messages).... 2... there have other folks in the que awaiting a visit from our Volunteers Survey crews who are ahead of him-her .... 3... We are volunteers, and we do have RL family lives and RL day jobs. Thus we can only do long distance travel in Wurm for surveying on our weekends. "In Game Map" coordinates cover a large area (180x180 tiles) and are thus Very Inaccurate for finding a place. Expecting us to come and search an area over 180 by 180 tiles to find a village or road is Unreasonable. Cheers, Hughmongus Cartographer of Indy

Cheers, Hughmongus Cartographer of Indy PH spans already over large part of R20 and it is branched, but the starting point would be at my deed Platinum Ranch 46x 54y, there is also Platinum Orchard next to it (also routed). How do I do that screen cap? Should I get a piece of the current map and draw it? That can be a problem as I have only touchpad at hand. Cant you use that map part you took for other forum and open up in paint and draw your roads there ? Or you dont got Paint on your computer? Or maybe even better use the catsEys HW map https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VXUlm1dnPAy4mcp7-thzVoPcrJaN4Rv8/view Platinum Ranch R20 46x 55y Platinum Orchard R20 46x-47x 54y

Posted July 26, 2020 I am so happy Platinum Highway is on the map, thank you, however there is a one small issue - you seem to forgot to put the name on.
Posted August 1, 2020 (edited) My road was denied to be named on Albia Catseyes map due to: Quote 1... Due to the very heavy local roads detail in your local area and 2... the large number of new deeds around your area that could apply to be added to the map and .... 3... due to font size limitations which restrict how much information we can display in a given area before it becomes unreadable cluttered up .... .... we are Declining your application to have the name of a short local highway called Platinum Highway put on the Albia map.. After I pointed out, in a single, very polite and a short message, that Platinum Highway is almost as long as Diamond Highway and there is plenty of space on the both maps, as there are just two major highways in Q20/R20 - Diamond Highway across Q20 and Platinum Highway running diagonally through R20, I got a very rude response (including the name-calling). I wish the criteria for obtaining the name on the map were more clear and all the submissions were treated according the same criteria. Posted August 6, 2020 Maybe if you would pick just 1 straight path instead of all the roads going every which direction. You might have a better chance. Either way they don't have to accept your name if they want too. Since it is their map that they are spending time to make and share with everybody. I mean they have only been doing this for how many years?
