[Bug] Saddlesacks still allow over 100 items in them

Title is self explanatory, saddle sacks still allow for over 100 items in them. Earlier today was harvesting oranges and as I dumped a few in them, they went way over the 100 limit.

This issue is back on the bug list awaiting another fix.
