Allow personal merchants to buy things

As the title states let us set up our personal merchants to be able to buy things at prices we dictate instead of just being able to sell stuff?

So simplest idea i set up a merchant and i give him 1.5s and select the item i want to buy(say longsword) and set the ql of the item and any possible enchants(a range on the power of these) and then any time someone checks it they would see that that merchant would buy a item like that

What do you guys think? got a better way of presenting the buy feature please do share it

might be hellish to code....but that challenge aside, it would be nice yea... might not work tho for trading items for other items since merchand cant get a cut of the profits then.... might be why its not implemented ( and with the cut in mailing pricing the marchand's cut nowadays is a bit high iirc, could use some balancing)
