Add ability to 'Rename' Items to roles

Please add the ability to RENAME objects on a deed to roles.  This way, anyone who has permission (for example Citizen) can rename items regardless of who placed it - crates in crate rack, etc.  I don't always use the same character when moving things around and when I need to rename it, I have to load and unload it just so that I can rename it.
