I attempted to buy the account kix after trying to find several accounts to buy, and finally decided on Kix, and I sent the money via paypal to the owner Unknownorganism and it said he wouldn't get the money til the 22nd of November. And I made it clear that it might not go through so let's wait til the 22nd but he gave me the password anyways. The 22nd came around and supposedly the payment didn't go through. So I told him I would give him the account back until I figured out what was going on and he told me not to yet. Log in a couple days later and Hexd is asking for the account back and I said no problem just let me get what I can off him that was mine.  I left all the stuff that came with Kix 'Spyglass, maul, halter rope' , and I also used some Gems in PvP with Hexd, and Unknown at an Ebonaura deed, but they are claiming I stole their gems that he left on there.  Anyways, I had some money in the bank on kix and I withdrew it not knowing he didn't have a bank set up at the capital yet, and I COD'ed something from Wimble to Kix for that amount but just told them to accept the mail when the bank account opened in 24 hours. Anyways they technically stole 1s 60c from me, and 10-12 sleep powders on epic as compensation for the premium time for the payment not going through and kicked me from the kingdom because I joined another kingdom on Epic "Without telling them".  Got to tell Mom and Dad everything... Moral of the story is, be cautious on all aspects when buying an account.

If anyone is trying to sell anything for real life money to this player please please please do not. Joey cannot defend himself because he does not have a forum account so I'm posting on his behalf.

 

Also please note that this player also tried to scam a scale set from another player in our kingdom the same way as he did this to Joey. In fact I am fairly certain this whole thing was to try to get a blue scale set and when he realised the other player was not going to hand it to him until Joey's money went through he cancelled the payment and backed out of both deals. Funny how that works.

 

Because Joey trusted Wimble to follow through with his end of the deal he gave him the account Kix. In the week that Joey was waiting for Wimble to pay him Wimble not only got Kix killed on Epic, transferred him over to Serenity and has pretty much made Kix impossible for BLE to now use in PVP anytime soon. On Chaos he used up over 20 vessled gems, lost two horse gear sets that belonged to other players and were not even his own and he had not asked to use them (and a barding) then after we asked him to pick up the gear and he said he did (but lied/forgot). Also please bare in mind that Joey premmed up the account for the sale. If the sale was not going to happen then Joey would have never spent money on the prem (because Josh actually paid the prem and then Joey reimbursed Josh).

 

Also please note that when Joey thought he was getting the money in his bank account he went out and brought things in real life like a new keyboard for his PC, among other things. It's not very nice when you think you have money and you trust the person to follow through and then suddenly you find yourself actually out of pocket.

 

The reason why this transacation did not go through is because Wimble unlinked his bank account from his paypal account to prevent the payment from going through.

 

Despite all of this... this was only one reason why Wimble was kicked from the Kingdom (Legion of Anubis).

 

He was also kicked because we are a multicluster Kingdom, not as strictly as Rome/TC is however and we can make exceptions. However it would be nice to actually be informed if/when a player in our kingdom converts into an enemy kingdom. When I confronted Wimble about converting without even telling us I told him that converting was not as much as an issue as not telling anyone. He responded by saying he did not trust us. Well if he does not trust us then that really does not make him a good fit for our Kingdom. He also got very defensive and aggresive which was the third reason for his removal.

 

I wanted his removal from the kingdom to be smooth and peaceful - despite the fact that he had scammed and stolen from Joey. Most of the Kingdom wanted to kill him and I did the kick when Joey was not online so he did not have to deal with this piece of work. He was escorted out of the kingdom and Kix still had 1.5s on him which Wimble claimed was his.

 

He asked for the 1.5s and I said, yes but only on the condition that you have not stolen anything and that you leave peacefully and do not cause any drama. As soon as he was kicked from the kingdom members of it recieved messages telling them that he had been kicked for "no reason". Also that they should leave the Kingdom and never return. I told him he could have the money if he did not cause any drama... this was drama. I also said he could have it if he had not stolen anything - at this point Joey had returned from work and noticed that his entire satchel of vessled gems were now gone. The gems alone that had been stolen were worth way more then 1.5s.

 

Oops looks like Wimble isn't below stealing accounts.

 

Also I tried to give the sleep powder back but you converted to JK and I could not trade with an enemy and I couldn't drop the sleep powder. I even changed the boat on Epic into your name for you. But you then trapped Kix in a cave on Serenity and claimed you were going to wall him in. So you were the one who locked yourself out of getting those 10sp back because we tried to give them to you.

This guy can not be trusted coming from a person who he had access to my drakeset and took it out of my cart. I trusted the guy because he tries to manipulate you into trusting you. DONT! Many groups including EBO wont accept him due to the sheer fact of this guys lack of morals if its a game or not. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM SHADY PEOPLE! Or you will suffer the consiquences. I've interacted quite a bit with Wimble, and curiously, what I've seen is very different from what you all are reporting. I trusted him with silver on multiple occasions (I think in total over 7s), and he always paid me in full. I've never known him to lie to me or attempt to manipulate me.

 

Sure, he can be a bit brash, in a youthful way, but in all the time I've spent with him (including on TS), I've had no issues with him at all, and I consider him a friend.

 

So, while I have no firsthand knowledge of the events reported, I -can- say with certainty that all the accusations levelled against Wimble in no way fit my experience with him.

Also, Paypal doesnt cancel a payment when you have the funds to cover it, which he clearly didnt whatever the case. So he had no intention of paying when he bought the account in the first place.

I only see 1 side here that has actually taken something.

The other words wimble has spat out, after everything was given out, is clearly through frustration of his situation and how he was left out of pocket.
I would simply stop the drama from escalating, give him the money then move on with your kingdom and let him move on with his money.
You didn't tell him to not use the gems and he used them in pvp to support you, so therefore the gems were used as they were meant to be.

Tldr: I thought your kingdom was a no drama kingdom. 

Btw: me and Wimble have a dedicated drama thread for our hatred, so im not defending him because i like him, I'm defending him because you said he left, didn't steal anything and are now using printscreens and other quotes out of context to make him look bad, like you always do. 

And kix can't defend himself because he is banned from the forums, not because he doesn't have an account, he did have a forum account, so yeah.

What I said in discord was just after he was kicked. That was before Joey could get back on his own account and check to make sure everything was in order. It was only since then we discovered the sack of gems now gone and we were reminded that he lost two personal horsegear sets that he took and lost without even asking. Hence why in my discord post I put (that I know of) because I knew we had not actually checked yet. Things change when you finally have all the facts and at the time on the discord I did not have all the facts which I even admitted I was not 100% sure yet. All I said was that I didn't notice anything stolen as of yet since my priority was securing the Kix account so that it did not get stolen.

 

Also at the time I did not realise that Josh had paid for Kix's premium and was meant to be paid back for doing so out of Wimble's money. Josh has just now informed me that he is that one that got scammed out of rl money from Wimble doing this also. So keeping hold of 1.5s to cover the cost of stolen horsegear, gems and premium time - I think that is fair and it was not just solely my decision. In fact it was Joey's and the rest of the Kingdom. Wimble cost us far more then 1.5s with his scam.

Wow. Interesting turn of events. I always knew Miz was manipulative, but over some gems and horse gear? Give the man his 1.5s out of good will and call it a day. Fighting with someone over 1 euro because they said mean things about your internetz guild is very petty. If your pmk is so strapped for cash you need to use that 1.5s to "cover the losses" of a perceived theft (he used it, not stole), hit me up and I'll make you some horse sets and enchant them to boot. oh and everybody knew wimble was 50000% troll/silly, so why you allowed him an account worth x, is just on you, and he even said he insisted he would wait, blame is on the side that couldn't wait for extra support. In my eyes.

I'm just saying be careful who you trust. I would have kept Kix if I knew I was going to lose 10x sleep powder, 1.5s, and get kicked from the kingdom. Had to suicide 3 times because I wanted to prove that I stole nothing. Just dumb in my opinion, literally had no reason to kick me but since I joined a different kingdom on Epic without telling anyone I get kicked .  Not really sure what the horse gear is. If it was Epic I'm sure Rome can vouch for majority of the times of me being on steppe horses died every time and if it was Chaos, Ckczk and Chasone killed my horses when I was on kix because we were setting up kills.

Just a tldr for thread: Wimble gave back the account. Gave back items which came with the account. They found reasons to keep the silver, knowing he had played a week/pvp'd on it anyway.

I'm sorry, if somebody gave me back my acc, I wouldn't care about what items were on it, they already did the right thing. Ah well. Gl.
