Collapsing a tile that had a sandstone vein

Recommended Posts

So I mined out a sandstone vein that had about 7k shards in it. Afterwards i needed to fix a dropshaft created by opening up the vein so I collapsed it. It became another sandstone vein with 5k+ actions again. Is this normal/intended? If so, I just screwed myself i think.

Definitely not intendedw

Never knew that. People would always do this to restore utmost iron veins once depleted

Yes, have experienced it myself. Thought there was a low chance of it happening or something like that.

  • The chance that a tile is replaced with a vein or shard other than rock is extremely low.

doesn't it make sense that tiles are infinitely tall so they will always return to their origins..//I remember I had a drop shaft that wouldn't close and had to have ENki ahem.. cough cough ahem.. fix it.,.
