Posted November 11, 2017 Not sure if this a bug or intended. Non-paved tiles recover their archaeology flag, but paved tiles do not. So you end up with large paved areas not yielding anything.
Posted November 11, 2017 i was hoping that is a feature to encourage people to remove pavement form decayed deeds
Posted November 12, 2017 I believe the "respawn" of archaeology is linked to botanizing or foraging, they simply don't renew on paved tiles, farm land and other tiles which normally can't be botanised/foraged. Tear up the pavement and give it time to overgrow with grass or other plants and they will be valid investigation tiles again. Turn the land into wilderness again!

Turn the land into wilderness again! But what about existing deeds that had previous settlements? Most locations that have had multiple deeds are re-deeded because they're good locations. Can't very well tear up all the existing deeds. Well ok, we can tear up our own, but who wants to? lol.
