Grape/Rose Trellis give sprout not seedling

When picking sprout from hops trellis, I get hops seedlings. But when picking from rose or grape trellis it gives me the sprout instead of the seedling. I do not currently have any ivy trellis to test those.

 

Less importantly, the keybinds for prune and pick sprout don't work with trellis.

This is intended, and sprouts can be used to create grape and rose trellises as well as planted to create bushes.

 

Since ivy and hops can only be used to create trellises, and not planted, to avoid confusion about why they cannot be planted, they provide seedlings
