tweak: Check for rez stone priest passive before taking 5s Rez Stone

as title says; if priests have enough favor for a rez passive to work then the game should take the favor of that and skip the activated rez stone, if the favor isn't there then it should take the activated rez stone.

The result would be saving 5s - with crashes/dc's and bugs, losing 5s rez cause you decided to suck in safety instead of just possibly favor, sucks.

+1 but since I like the idea of res stones at all and think 5s is not very welcoming to newer players the price should be dropped to 1s.  would probably mean more people buying them even on freedom to save 3000 karma from corpse teleport to overcome the price drop
