Can we please not have the support tab that pops open for like the next week after a ticket is resolved?

+1.  We know the ticket is resolved, we don't need a reminder for a month after.

Doesn't go away even if you do a ticket survey. It's generally doesn't tell you much apart from who responded anyway.
