Cannot move or place stone bench properly

As the title stands, I cannot place stone bench properly. It seems that "move" options are completely missing. Also when trying to unload it from different directions it ends up with the precisely same direction, east-west direction.

 

Edit: shortcuts used from keyboard work just fine when moving.

that is interesting about unloading, they are working I think on the move option not showing up unless you have an item activated
