Posted October 1, 2017 Update: numerous people have scoured the mountain and are unable to find any passes up. Pinging a few folks - cartographers and unique hunters - in hopes someone has a map or a clue for us @HughMongus @skyefox @whykillme @Pingpong @Gumbo
Posted October 1, 2017 (edited) West of black hole, there was an old abandoned mine, at least there was around 9 or so months ago, that angle up towards the rift area in the side of the mountain. I remember it went for some 40 or so tiles at an upward slope till it was blocked and I got bored turned around and came back down. Marked the area with a yellow arrow from my 2012 map dump Edited October 1, 2017 by Stormblade
Posted October 1, 2017 I'm at place showed by Stormblade. Slope is not to high. With good team is easy to make tunel or even fence ladder.

Posted October 2, 2017 Skyefox and I put a mine door on the north side mine last summer, to prevent vandalism to what is one of Indy's more amazing constructions. With this Rift making what is up there public knowledge, it has been decided to leave the mine door Open To All, so other tourists can go up and admire the amazing feats of engineering that are up there. Please help preserve this place for others to enjoy. Have fun up there at the Oct 2/3rd Rift. Good hunting! Kindest regards! Hughmongus
