Posted October 5, 2017 (edited) I hesitate to respond since I usually suck at networking issues, but my understanding is that the "unknown Source" errors indicate a problem connecting to the updatuing server. However sometimes we need to see the COMPLETE error log which is usually located in the Wurm folder under HS_ERR_PID (if there are multiples, look for the most recent) this one linked below had "Unknown Source" also but it was actually caused by an issue in the java cache: also Mostly posting this for those saying "I have this same issue" since OP's problem is now resolved on its own.
